AI implementation and automation, Serbia

AI automation for your website and business

AI where it actually saves time: an assistant that answers from your own content, enquiries that sort themselves, and tools that share data without retyping.

Short answer AI implementation and automation hand repetitive steps over to a system: an assistant that answers from your website content, enquiry sorting and routing, drafts and translations with a human check, and forms connected to your CRM, email, and spreadsheets.

Who is this service for?

For businesses that answer the same questions every day, retype form data into spreadsheets or a CRM, or prepare copy in several languages, and want those steps to run themselves while keeping control over what AI is allowed to do.

What you get

  • A review of your workflows before any tool is chosen: where AI saves time, and where a simple rule or the existing process is the better choice.
  • A website assistant that answers from your content, says when it does not know, and passes the question to a person.
  • Enquiry sorting and routing, plus drafts and translations that a person checks before they are sent or published.
  • Forms connected to your CRM, email, and spreadsheets so repetitive steps run themselves; we use ready-made platforms only when they are needed, and we say why.
  • Clear data rules: what the AI service sees, where the data is stored, and what stays with you alone.

AI in our work

AI speeds us up. The decisions are ours.

They help us write and check code faster, research and test. We tell you this because we believe you have a right to know how your site is made.

But a tool is only as good as the hand that holds it. AI does not make decisions for us, does not choose solutions, and nothing goes onto your site without review and testing.

Tools we use

  • Claude Code
  • Codex
  • DeepSeek
  1. // AI suggestion
  2. $posts = get_posts( array( 'numberposts' => -1 ) );
  3. Rejected: loads every post at once, the site slows down as content grows.
  4. // After our decision and review
  5. $posts = get_posts( array(
  6.   'numberposts' => 12,
  7.   'no_found_rows' => true,
  8. ) );
  9. Tested, goes to your site.
  1. AI suggestion
  2. Our decision
  3. Review
  4. Testing
  5. Your site

The difference between fast work and generic work is simple: we do not accept the first result.

Where AI pays off, and where it does not

The question is not whether a business should have AI, but which work repeats often enough and what a mistake costs. So we first look at how the work runs today and only then suggest a tool. Sometimes our suggestion is not to introduce AI.

It pays off on repetitive work with a clear source

The same questions whose answers are already on the website, enquiries that must be sorted by topic and passed to the right person, a first draft of a reply or translation that a person only checks. Here AI does the tedious part, not the risky part: the source is known, a mistake is easy to spot, and the saving is felt because the work keeps repeating.

It does not pay off when there is little work or mistakes are costly

If there are few enquiries, the system will not pay for itself however well it works. If one wrong answer can mean a wrong price, a promised deadline, or legal advice, AI should not answer alone. The same applies when the content for answers does not exist yet: an assistant cannot be more accurate than what it is given.

A simple rule is often enough

When a form field already tells you where an enquiry goes, a simple rule does the same job more cheaply and more reliably. Moving form data into a spreadsheet or CRM often needs no AI, only a connection written for that workflow. We add AI only where a rule cannot understand the text, and we say why. The same goes for ready-made automation platforms: we use them only when they are needed.

Data, privacy, and what stays with people

An AI system is only as good as the clarity about what it may see and what it may do. We decide that before the first line of code and write it down, so you always know where your data goes.

What goes to an outside service

Most AI services process text on servers run by the provider. So for each workflow we record which data goes to which service and send only what the answer needs. Terms differ from service to service and from plan to plan, including whether submitted data is used to train models and how long it is kept, so we read them before choosing, not after.

Personal data and the law

A service that sees the personal data of your customers usually processes it on your behalf, so a contract should cover this and the privacy policy should mention it, and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection has separate rules for transferring data outside Serbia. We prepare an exact description of the data flows and leave the legal assessment to your lawyer. Data that must not leave the company is not sent to an outside service, even if that means the step is not automated.

A person approves anything with consequences

Offers, prices, deadlines, complaints, and anything sent in your name go through a person: AI prepares the draft and a person approves it. The assistant on the website is clearly labelled as an assistant, says when it does not know, and passes the question on. A record of what was asked and answered is kept for as long as agreed, so mistakes can be seen and corrected, and the system can be switched off with no effect on the rest of the website.

What we need from you, and what a first step looks like

We do not start with a big project. We start with the one workflow that weighs on you most, written for the way you work, so you can see the benefit before deciding on the next step.

One workflow, not the whole company

The first step is one clearly limited job: an assistant for the most common questions, sorting enquiries from one form, or connecting a form to a CRM. A small scope means you quickly see whether the solution works, and a mistake stays small. We add the next workflow only if the first has shown a benefit.

What we need from you

Examples of real enquiries, without personal data where possible. The content the assistant answers from, checked and up to date, because old information gives old answers. Access to the tools we connect, if they have an API. And one person on your team who knows the work, checks the results in the first weeks, and has the last word.

Measuring before and after, and upkeep

Before starting we record how the work runs today: how many enquiries arrive, how long a reply takes, and where mistakes happen. After a trial period we compare the same things. If there is no benefit, we say so and switch the solution off. If it stays, plan for the cost of using the AI service and for occasional checks, because providers change and retire models, and your business content changes too.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we get most often

Can an AI assistant make a mistake or invent an answer?

Yes, and that applies to every language model. We reduce the risk by having the assistant answer only from your content, say when it does not know, and pass the question to a person, and we test it on real questions before launch. Mistakes cannot be ruled out completely, so prices, deadlines, and anything with consequences do not go out without a person checking them.

Does our customer data go to outside services?

That depends on what is being automated. Most AI services process text on their own servers, so before starting we record which data goes to which service, send only what is needed, and choose a service and plan whose terms allow it. Data that must not leave the company is not sent out, even if that means the step is not automated. The processing should also be mentioned in the privacy policy.

Does an AI assistant work in Serbian?

It does. Current language models generally understand Serbian well, in both Latin and Cyrillic script, and even text without diacritics, but they can get grammatical cases or technical terms wrong. So we test quality on your content and on real questions from your customers before launch, rather than relying on general impressions.

What does AI automation cost, and is there a monthly fee?

We price it after an assessment, once we know which workflow is being automated and which tools it connects to. Besides development there is the cost of using the AI service, which is usually charged by volume, so it depends on the number of enquiries and the length of the text. We estimate that cost in advance, and if the saving does not justify it, we recommend not automating that work.

Process

How we work

The same four steps regardless of the service - to know where the project is at all times.

  1. Audit and objective

  2. Structure and content

  3. Design and development

  4. Testing and launch

Other services

What else we do

Services are often combined - redesign with performance work, a store with maintenance.
