RXN Legal Kit helps WordPress and WooCommerce site administrators prepare and maintain selected legal pages, collect user and consumer requests, keep records, and organize certain legal workflows.

The plugin includes configurable templates and optional modules for the Serbian market. Legal functions require entering correct business data and administrator verification before publishing or sending.

RXN Legal Kit does not provide individual legal advice, does not independently determine all the regulations that apply and does not guarantee that a specific site or business is fully or permanently aligned. For complex, regulated or cross-border business, a professional check is required.

We looked at what it looks like today.

In July 2026 we went through twelve randomly selected Serbian sites — mostly smaller online stores. We did not intentionally take big brands, but the stores that come to us most often. Ten of them were available for review. We do not mention any by names.

None There is no new consumer protection law.
Three correctly identify the applicable law — and all three cite the previous act, which ceases to be authoritative in August 2026.
Four They only mention the regulation in general, so it is not clear from the text which version is in question.
Three have no applicable privacy policy — One of them has a page of that name, but it says something else on it.
Four They don’t have a full set of merchant information on the site.
The only has a document updated in the last month. Other dates are from 2023 and 2022, and four documents do not have a date at all.
None There is no version of the document, no history of changes or any clue as to who approved the text and when.

It is interesting that the amount does not help. The website with the most legal pages in the sample — sixteen in total — was also one of the websites missing basic company information.

A sample of twelve sites is an illustration, not a statistic about the entire Serbian Internet. But the form is clear enough: the legal pages are written once, and the story stops there.

Alternative exists. Adapted to Serbia — Nope.

Almost everything Legal Kit does can be found with some finished plugin. We will not pretend it is different. But almost all of them are written for GDPR and for markets where other rules apply, so they end up as a translation on the Serbian website. — text that sounds serious, and refers to regulations that do not apply to you and skips those that apply.

The difference is not in the language but in the rules that are built into the tool itself. How much time the trader has to respond to the complaint, when the deadline stops and when not, what counts as proof that the goods have been delivered, what information about the company must stand on the site, when a buyer loses the right to give up — These are figures and conditions that vary from state to state. Foreign plugins either do not have them, or there are others.

Legal Kit is built from Serbian rules upward. Its scope is deliberately local, which is why we provide it only to clients whose operations fit that scope.

What Legal Kit Does Differently

The text knows where it came from. Each document carries a version of the template and an indication of who approved it and when. This is exactly what no one had in the reviewed sample.
The data of the trader is filled in once and enter all documents at once, so it can not happen that they are correct on one side and outdated on the other.
Deadlines are calculated from real events — when the claim was actually received, when the goods were actually delivered — not from an order status or an assumption.
When the facts are missing, the plugin stops. It does not make up a date, does not assume that something has been delivered, and does not close the item by itself.
Nothing gets published without you. Pages are created as blueprints and are waiting for someone to read and verify them.

What is included

The package contains 27 templates, divided by how much we actually maintain them:

Serbia — maintained: 14 templates for information sites and online stores, in Serbian. They monitor legal changes in the coverage that the plugin covers.
EU — selected data protection topics: 3 templates — privacy policy, cookie policy and privacy requests.
General — unmaintained: 10 neutral starting texts in English. They do not apply to the specific country and do not follow the changes in regulations.

Reclamations

Reclamation is handled as an object, with steps recorded: reception, response, customer statement, solution and closure. Each step has its moment, so deadlines are not evaluated later.

The deadline only stops when there is actual evidence that the customer has received something. The very fact that the email was sent is not evidence.
Accepted and rejected response is water separately — Rejected response does not stop the deadline and does not close the item.
The case is closed by a man, with an explanation.
The extension only applies if the buyer has explicitly agreed to it, and before the previous deadline has expired.
The history of repairs and the actual date when the malfunction occurred remain recorded.

Withdrawal from Purchase

The customer can submit a withdrawal request directly from their order, can choose individual items from the order, and the deadline for returning the goods and the time limit for returning money are kept separately.
Exceptions — goods that cannot be returned — do not apply until there are facts and evidence for them. Just ticking the exception is not enough.
Order status is not proof of delivery. Actual delivery events are recorded, by item.
In the case of digital content, the request for earlier delivery, the buyer’s confirmation, the actual delivery and the moment when the right of withdrawal ends shall be recorded separately.
The withdrawal form also works without an order number — the buyer does not block the data that is an internal matter of the trader.

Requests for data

The form covers all eight types of requests that the buyer can submit — from data insight to deletion and withdrawal of consent.
Identity verification is proportionate. Personal document is not required as a rule.
The retention periods are documented by category, and automatic deletion is disabled until you confirm them.
When an item is under a deletion ban, that ban overrides any other deletion method on the site — including built-in WordPress tools.

Proofs

When you need documentation — due to dispute, control or own records — The plugin is assembled in the background, in batches, with visible progress. The admin panel remains usable even when there are hundreds of objects.

The package contains the exact texts that were then valid, records, attachments and tables.
Tables are prepared by opening in Excel on Serbian settings, without breaking letters.
Download is protected and one-time, and the package itself is deleted after seven days. Original records remain.
With each order, the exact text of the conditions that were valid at that time is retained — not merely the current version.
The plugin never makes up the missing text. If there is no full text for old orders, the package says so from when it continues to exist.

Marketing

The plugin does not send marketing messages. It keeps a record of consent and stops marked marketing messages when there is no consent. An earlier purchase does not count as consent to marketing.

WooCommerce

It works with the new HPOS and Checkout Block payment method.
Evidence remains attached to the order.
The forms also work when the site is cached.

If you are already using Compliant or CookieYes

Legal Kit does not replace or touch them. If one of them already runs your cookie or privacy policy, Legal Kit offers to link to that site instead of creating a duplicate.

Linking keeps only reference — The document is not copied or changed.
Breaking the link only removes the reference; the page and settings remain intact.
If both plugins are turned on at the same time, Legal Kit warns — two cookie banners can fight each other.

The scanning of cookies, the consent banner and the blocking of scripts remain the work of these plugins. The compatibility is descriptive and does not imply any connection with these products.

What Legal Kit Doesn’t Do

Does not publish legal pages automatically — They appear as blueprints.
It does not claim that the site is automatically legally compliant.
It does not cover the consumer law of individual EU countries.
It does not maintain American patterns.
There is no price history or display of the previous price.
It’s not a cookie scanner, a consent banner, or a script blocker.
It does not decide whether EU law applies to you and does not issue certificates of accessibility.
It does not provide legal advice and does not replace a lawyer.

Data remains on your site

The plugin has no telemetry, does not send anything to us or anyone else, and does not pull code from the outside. It all stays in your WordPress installation.

Quality check

Official WordPress check plugin launched over the exact release: no errors.
Passed the calculation tests — holidays, change of time, leap year, transitional period.
They passed tests of the entire course of complaints, requests for data, records of consent and data related to orders.
The content and integrity of the evidence package has been checked.
We also verified that no public or administrative text contains a guarantee of legal compliance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the plugin make my site legally compliant?

No. No plugin can automatically guarantee the legal compliance of a specific site or business. RXN Legal Kit provides initial templates, configuration controls, forms and logging tools that can assist in the implementation of individual obligations. The Administrator remains responsible for the correct data, configuration, published content and way of doing business.

Is there a new consumer protection law?

Version 1.5 covers the selected provisions of the new law — transitional period, procedure upon complaint, withdrawal and digital delivery. It does not claim to cover any obligation or any future changes. What exactly is covered and when was last reviewed is kept in the version documentation.

Can I sell to customers in the EU?

The templates for the EU cover only selected data protection topics. They do not replace the consumer, tax or other mandatory market regulations you are targeting. The plugin records that you are selling outside Serbia and asks you to confirm this.

What if I already have a legal page?

We do not automatically touch them. The plugin compares the existing text with the template and shows the difference, and it never overwrites pages you have edited without your knowledge.

Does the proof pack block the site when there are a lot of items?

No. Items are processed in the background, in batches, with visible progress. The finished package is available for seven days through a protected one-time download.
